Hi the idea is very good, but I suggest some transparency. Perhaps a page on this site showing liquidation of the accumulated contribution, and a few info on the school/student to where the schloarship will be awarded. Sorry to hit the brakes, but this constructive suggestion will guarantee the trust of everyone involved.

As you know, we have always been transparent in everything we do in the Batang Philex Mines, and to start with, we have been showing now the list of donors. Transparency is a key factor in everything we do in our organization so rest assured that every penny that comes and spent and the recipients of these expenses are well provided to all members and corruption has no room in our organization.

It was a good deed for our webmaster to provide us of a bank account though temporary as he had promised a week ago. This indeed is a way of letting us know of his commitment and love for BPM.

I have known the webmaster through constant communication and interaction with him. I may not be in the position to say this but rest assured our money will be safe and secured with him and his wife until such time that BPM shall have a bank account of its own and that would be soon.

Again, I urge everyone who has sincerely pledged their christmas offerings to start forwarding their money enabling BPM to start working on its goals.

The aim is really brilliant , and when it comes to the idea of sharing, you can count on to all Batang Philex Mines. However the programme was not well defined. Sorry to put on a little brake once more as my batch mate FF did. It was said that all of the collected donations will be given to all beneficiaries, in that case, how about the operation expenses? And are all of these appointed officers volunteer?( free of charge) Hoping that this organization will never be related to any politics. About the Xmas Program and all future plans, we will soon be posting the activities in this website for everyone to see, including the funds received and disbursements, as well as operating expenses.

With regards to the Officers, I have appointed them from a long list of deserving and trusted employees and residents of Philex Mines, their availability, their passion, among others, and after many months of searching.
